Event and Exhibition Coffee Bars

As well as offering a sensational taste and smell of fresh coffee being produced, having the magical charisma and theatrics of a barista interacting with your audience, offers something quite unique and especially memorable to any event! 

A coffee bar offers a conversation point, a memory and also a focal point. Working with an independent coffee roaster, we are able to offer a variety of blends for different occasions and something to suit every taste. 

Whether an indoors bar unit or a trailer to be sited outdoors - we are able to help with every requirement.

Initially we start out with a consultation to discuss your event and how we can help you. 

We look at the space and facilities available and will make a proposal for the best solution for your needs. 

Our service is all inclusive - so we take care of everything you will need for service including transport, installation, testing and servicing of the equipment. Barista, cups, accompaniments- you name it!

We often install the unit the day prior to the function or at very least several hours before to allow time to get set up. 

Our team will be with you for the duration of your event or however long you need us for. 

Then we will pack down and clean up post event and normally remove the equipment same day. 

We are able to tailor the equipment set up to suit the audience. We are able to cover everything from smaller exhibitions right through to large festivals. 

Client interaction is key for us - we always make sure we have enough team members on site to keep clients engaged and happy. 

Not just coffee! We understand that coffee is not for everyone, and sometimes it is nice to have a little variety. 

Our coffee machines are also able to produce outstanding hot chocolates, speciality teas and chai beverages too. 

We also offer snacks, juices, smoothies, waters, cocktails, wine and a whole host of bar services.  

Fancy something to eat? We work with a variety of awesome small local providers of excellent cakes, biscuits and snacks. 

We work with the well renown industry body NCASS to ensure that we are always fully compliant with the latest good hygiene regulations and H&S requirements too. 

Our management are personal license holders and we can take care of all licensing requirements for your event. 

We cover the UK, Europe and Americas! We are able to transport our staff and equipment anywhere to provide excellent hospitality solutions for your event!
